Sourcing dried fruit, dried vegetables and nutrition bars from Vietnam — inspected before you ever place an order.
Vietfinest matches you with audited Vietnamese producers, checks every finished batch against your approved sample, and prepares the export paperwork most buyers find hardest to manage from abroad.
Questions that come up in almost every first conversation.
These are the six we hear most often from buyers who haven't sourced from Vietnam before — and how we handle each one.
Three things we don't compromise on.
Specialist, not generalist
We work only in dried fruit, dried vegetables and nutrition products. That's narrow on purpose — it's what lets us catch a wrong moisture spec before it becomes your problem.
Transparent by default
Every factory we recommend has been visited and audited. Pricing is quoted as cost plus a stated fee, never folded into one number.
A partner, not a transaction
We stay involved after the first container ships — reorders, seasonal price changes, and new product ideas as your needs change.
Three categories, sourced to spec.
Freeze-Dried & Soft-Dried Fruit
Mango, dragon fruit, pineapple, jackfruit, mixed-fruit formats.
Vacuum-Fried & Dehydrated
Sweet potato, taro, okra, mixed vegetable chip formats.
Vitamin & Nutrition Bars
Fruit-based, protein and functional bars — OEM/private label available.
Six steps, from inquiry to arrival at port.

Built on production-floor experience, not a sales pitch.
Vietfinest is run by a team with hands-on experience across Vietnam's food production and export process — factory audits, quality control, and the certification paperwork each destination market expects. That experience shapes a simple standard behind every recommendation: a factory earns a place in our network through an in-person visit, not just a certificate on file.
Certifications we source against.
Not every producer holds every certification — we match the right factory to your destination market's compliance requirements.
Certification names link to the issuing body's official page. Read more on the Quality & Certifications page.
What you can expect on every order, not just the first one.
Sample-matched inspection
Every batch is checked against your approved sample before it ships — not after you've paid the balance.
No blended pricing
Factory cost and our service fee are always shown as separate line items, order after order.
One accountable contact
A single point of contact follows your order from confirmation through to arrival at port.

When Vietnam's mango season actually peaks — and why it affects your quote
Harvest timing shifts pricing and lead time more than most first-time buyers expect. Here's how to plan around it.

They're often confused for the same thing. They're not — and the difference matters at customs.

Trial orders are useful for quality checks, less useful for pricing forecasts. Here's how to read the results.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and factory, typically starting from 100 kg for trial orders. For full-container (FCL) orders, MOQ is agreed individually with each factory.
How do I know the shipment will match the approved sample?
We inspect the finished batch on-site before shipment, checking it directly against your approved sample, and send photo/video confirmation before the container leaves.
How is Vietfinest's service fee structured?
We quote real factory cost plus a disclosed service fee — you always know exactly what you're paying for, with no hidden markup built into the unit price.
Can you support HALAL, FDA, or Organic certification requirements?
Yes. We prioritize factories that already hold the relevant certification, or help coordinate the certification process if the factory is eligible. See the Quality & Certifications page for details by market.
What's the realistic lead time?
Typically 15–30 days from confirmed order to FOB-ready, depending on product, volume and seasonal raw material availability.
Do you offer private label or custom packaging (OEM)?
Yes, for select factories with the capacity — this is most flexible for nutrition bars, where formulation and packaging can be adjusted. Private-label options for dried fruit and vegetables vary by producer; ask us directly for your product.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
Most orders are quoted FOB from a Vietnamese port. CIF and other terms can be arranged on request.
Do you visit factories in person, or only review their paperwork?
In person. Certificates get us to a shortlist; a site visit is what actually confirms whether a factory can deliver at your required spec and volume.
What happens if a finished batch doesn't meet the agreed spec?
It doesn't ship. We flag the deviation, walk you through the options — rework, partial acceptance, or switching factories — and you decide before anything leaves the facility.
Is there a minimum contract length or exclusivity requirement?
No. Each order stands on its own. We'd rather earn a second order than lock you into a first one.
Why not just work directly with a factory?
You can — but you'll need to independently vet factory capability, manage language and time-zone gaps, and absorb the risk if something goes wrong. Vietfinest takes on that coordination and accountability for you.

No obligation, no fee to submit a brief. If we can't match your spec from our network, we'll tell you directly rather than force a fit.
